Most federal work is already under contract to an incumbent, and the expiration date is the most predictable thing in the whole market: it is knowable years ahead. This report pulls every federal award in your NAICS code that ends in the next 18 months, from the same award data our Pro Recompete Calendar runs on, and sends you the numbers by email: how many contracts, their total award value, the top agencies holding them, the top incumbents, and the five that end soonest with the agency, the incumbent, the value, and a line on the work. A full six-digit code gives the tightest read; a three or four digit code (541, 5415) reports the whole family. Two-digit sectors are not accepted, because sector-wide reports are too broad to be useful. Coverage is strongest in IT and professional services today, so other sectors may return fewer rows.

The report comes by email, so the address has to be real. We keep it as a lead: you asked us for a report, and we may follow up once. The weekly digest is a separate choice, unchecked below, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.

What arrives in the email

  • Count and total value of the federal contracts in your code ending in the next 18 months.
  • Top agencies holding those contracts, by value.
  • Top incumbents, by value: the companies you would be bidding against, or teaming with.
  • The five ending soonest: end date, agency, incumbent, value, and a line on the work.

It is the same expiring-award data the Pro Recompete Calendar runs on, cut down to one code and one email. The calendar adds every code you register, month by month, how beatable each incumbent looks from the bid history, and the people to call before the recompete posts.

Figures reflect federal award records tracked by FedFinder (sourced from USAspending/FPDS and SAM.gov) and describe FedFinder's tracked sample, not the full federal universe. Award values are original award amounts, not current obligations. FedFinder is a commercial vendor, not SAM.gov, GSA, or any federal agency. Always confirm a contract's period of performance in the official record before you plan a capture around it.
