If your company is working with an APEX Accelerator anywhere in the United States, you can use the full FedFinder Pro plan for twelve months at no cost. No credit card. Nothing renews by itself. At the end of the year, you decide.

What you get
The Pro plan for your whole organization, with unlimited seats: the Recompete Calendar (contracts in your NAICS codes expiring in the next 6 to 24 months, with the incumbent), Pre-RFP Intelligence (forecasts, sources sought and pre-solicitation notices matched to your profile), the Closer (an assistant that answers "is this worth bidding" with cited public sources), RFP Analyzer, People Intelligence, Teaming Network, Contract Vehicles, dossier exports and the public API. It is the same plan on the pricing page, where it sells for $7,000 a year.
Who is eligible
- A U.S. small business that is currently working with an APEX Accelerator (the program formerly known as PTAC), in any state or territory.
- One license per organization.
- You tell us which accelerator you work with when you sign up. We may ask you to confirm it. We never contact your accelerator about you.
How it ends
Your license runs twelve months from the day your profile is complete. Sixty days before the end we email you the date and the current prices. If you do nothing, your account becomes read-only at the end of the year and your data is handled under our normal retention policy. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Limits
- Available to the first 200 organizations, or for applications received through 31 March 2027, whichever comes first.
- Not transferable and not for resale. Consultants and advisors who serve other companies have a separate partner program.
- FedFinder may close the program to new applicants at any time. A year already granted runs its full term.
- The Terms of Service apply, including the promotional programs clause.
What this is not. FedFinder is a private company. This offer is not provided, funded, endorsed or administered by any APEX Accelerator, the Department of Defense, or any government agency. Your accelerator's counseling is free and does not depend on whether you use FedFinder or any other product.
How to claim it
Create your account through the button on this page, name the APEX Accelerator you work with, and complete your profile: your NAICS codes, your target agencies, one saved search. Most firms finish in ten minutes, and we fill in what we can from your SAM registration. Your year starts the moment the profile is complete.
For accelerator counselors
